Iris fold Barbecue and Fire

My brother loves barbeques so I decided to make this card so that my children could give it to him (their uncle). The recipe should help him with the oxtail (stew).

Hi Ronell

You know, I have never made Oxtail Stew and would not have thought of making it on a Barbecue. Is that a South African custom? We usually cook steaks, sausages and onions on our barbecue in Australia :)

Your card making technique is clever. I do like the way you used iris folding to make your cooker and that you made a little fire to go under it as well.

It would make a perfect decoration for a series of Recipe Cards. Maybe I will suggest a swap of Barbecue foods for my next Recipe Card exchange. Thanks for the idea.

I do hope your brother enjoys his custom-made card and the children have a lot of pleasure in giving it to him.

Till next time
