Alcohol inks and stamping

I love making cards with alcohol ink backgrounds. Here's a bright one I made so you can see what I mean. I use this technique in scrapbooking too to make acetate backgrounds.

AfterI made the alcohol ink background, I stamped images on this card with permanent ink.
