So glad you like my card! I will give you instructions, yes of course.

I made the card with a stamp set from Stampin' Up! that is now retired. So you will need to find a small penguin stamp, a small circle stamp (dots), a sentiment stamp and a small heart stamp first. You will also need some cardstock and ink in navy, red and yellow tones that coordinate well together. A navy blue marker is also needed.

Then I took a rectangular card base made of Night of Navy cardstock (any navy cardstock should work) and added a square of So Saffron cardstock (find a yellow you like) to the left hand side. I stamped my penguin on a piece of Whisper White cardstock in Night of Navy ink and punched him out with a square punch, then added a layer of Night of Navy cardstock behind the penguin. I added the penguin to the lower left of the card as shown, popping him up off the card with Stampin' Dimensionals. I then took my heart stamp and inked it up with Real Red ink, then stamped above the penguin in the pattern shown. I then doodled the border with a Night if Navy Stampin' Write marker.

Then I stamped the sentiment on Whisper White cardstock, added some yellow dots with So Saffron ink. I doodled the border with my marker. Then I trimmed and mounted the sentiment on some more Night of Navy cardstock then popped it up on the card base overlapping onto the square So Saffron mat.

Thank you so much for the lovely ideas! <3 I made him a gorgeous card for his last birthday (that I mentioned when I posted this)

And here I am now looking for an idea this time, and I come across this cute card on Google! And then I realize OMG this is the reply to my post!!! :) :)
